Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the Maintenance Department at a manufacturer in Headland, AL. This role focuses on procurement, planning, and administrative tasks related to maintenance operations. Your schedule will be Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm.Key responsibilities include:
  • Ordering and purchasing maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Managing inventory and coordinating with vendors
  • Planning and scheduling maintenance activities
  • Providing administrative support to the Maintenance team
  • Utilizing strong computer and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations
  • Some warehouse and forklift experience preferred
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
