Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Marketing Executive to oversee and execute key marketing projects, drive business development strategies, and enhance brand presence for our growing business in Dothan, Al. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, delivering high-impact marketing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities to support overall company growth.

- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of various marketing campaigns, product launches, and business development initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team to drive leads and conversions.
- Website Management: Oversee product listings, optimize user experience, handle updates, and drive online sales through effective site management and digital strategy.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals. Manage digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns, social media, search engine optimization, and other marketing channels.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution. Lead and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development efforts. Prepare reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and delivering top-quality service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or project management roles, with atleast1 year of experience at an executive level.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with project management tools) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Ability to travel 5% of time.
