Job Description
We are immediately hiring for a direct hire position as a CAD Drafter at a manufacturer in Geneva, AL. As a CAD Drafter, you will play a key role in creating detailed technical drawings for various projects.
Pay will start at $15.00 per hour but can go up based on your prior experience and offers a full benefits package!
Responsibilities:
Utilize software such as AutoCAD to produce accurate detailed drawings.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret sketches, concepts, and specifications.
Prepare drawings for industrial projects.
Assist in the development of construction plans and documentation.
Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and project requirements.
Revise drawings based on feedback from team members.
Skills:
Must have a related degree/certification or at least 2+ years of experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Ability to create detailed technical drawings for architectural or engineering projects.
Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
