Job Description
We have an immediate direct hire opening for a Financial Center Manager in Abbeville, AL. This positions will be responsible for directing and administering the operational sales and service efforts of the service center. Pay ranges between $60,000 - $90,000 with a great benefits package! You will work a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays.
Job Duties:
Oversee the efficient performance of service center operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Manage expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
Supervise work schedules, ensuring daily tasks are efficiently executed.
Ensure balanced transactions daily and manage cash handling accountability.
Manage supplies, forms, and equipment availability.
Coordinate coverage needs, review PTO requests, and handle overtime approval.
Fill in for service center positions as needed.
Supervise and assist with member service functions, resolving requests and handling complaints promptly.
Lead team meetings to communicate goals and address obstacles.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. Additional business or finance coursework preferred. Valid driver’s license.
Thorough understanding of banking products, legal and regulatory requirements, branch functions, and financial industry fundamentals.
Five+ years in a financial institution, with at least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a sales and service environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and sales coaching skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in computer applications.
