Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and technical expertise for a company in Dothan, AL. If you have a strong background in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC/R systems, we want to hear from you! Pay will range between $18.00 - $30.00 per hour to start based on your prior experience and skills!

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC/R and electrical systems.
- Calibrate and test thermostats and control systems.
- Read blueprints and schematics with ease.
- Perform refrigerant evacuation, recovery, and charging.
- Conduct combustion analysis on gas-fired equipment.
- Operate scissors/power lifts safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with team members and take on leadership roles as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration and microprocessor control systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
