Inside Sales Support Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with customer accounts and sales leads.
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain and update the CRM with customer information and sales activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Assist with inventory tracking and order fulfillment as needed.
Inside Sales Support Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED (college degree preferred).
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
