Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Manager to lead a dedicated maintenance team and ensure the seamless operation of the facilities at a manufacturer in Dothan, AL. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for efficiency, this role is for you! They offer a generous benefits package and compensation starting between $55,000 - $60,000 per year!

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance and repair activities to keep our facilities and equipment in top condition.
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise maintenance supervisors and technicians, manage the maintenance budget, and ensure all costs are within budgetary limits.
- Work with various teams to optimize resource utilization and support overall company objectives.
- Regularly assess equipment and facilities, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and document findings to identify areas for improvement.
- Adhere to safety standards and legal regulations while executing maintenance tasks and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, repair management, or a related field.
- Strong experience with budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and industry best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ISO9000 systems, LEAN practices, and understanding of electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic applications.
- Experience with IATF 16949 core tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.
