Job Description
Personnel Resources is actively recruiting for an Outside Sales Rep in Dothan, AL. In this position you will be visiting customers in their homes to assist them with planning their outside construction projects.
Pay will start at $40,000 per year with excellent commission opportunities! You must be able to travel within a 75 mile radius of Dothan but you will be home every night!

Duties:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Attend trade shows as needed
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with a diverse customer base
