Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail boutique. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a keen eye for market trends. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for creating an inviting shopping experience, managing staff, and ensuring that sales goals are met while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Duties
Supervise and train boutique staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage cash register operations and ensure accurate processing of transactions using POS systems.
Oversee inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and organizing merchandise to optimize sales.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment.
Foster a positive team culture through effective leadership and communication.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and sales initiatives.
Schedule store associates to ensure staff coverage through all shifts.
Skills
Previous experience in management or a leadership role required.
Proficiency in cash register operations and POS systems.
Strong inventory control skills with attention to detail.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
Strong phone etiquette for handling customer interactions professionally.
Social Media experience a huge plus
This position will work a rotating schedule of M-F 10-6:30 and Saturday 10-5. This position offers a competitive hourly rate plus bonus based off stores sales goals.
