Duties for this position will include but are not limited to Recruit, screen, and interview candidates, conduct reference and other required background checks, administer pre-employment testing, prepare and distribute separation paperwork, disciplinary actions and exit interviews with departing and/or terminated employees, as well as all other duties as assigned. This Monday through Friday 8am-5pm position will start immediately, and pay will be based on experience for the right applicant!! Curt began working in the Staffing Industry in 1996. He owned a franchise with Express Personnel until 2004 at which time he began working for one of his largest clients as the US HR Manager. Curt oversaw all HR functions and support for nearly 1800 employees in 7 locations throughout the US. After two years Curt branched out and started his own Staffing Company serving clients on a national level. Curt joined Personnel Resources in August of 2015 to service and support the Midwest Division. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 children. Curt also is a youth and High School wrestling and football coach.
