A fast paced transportation company is seeking a customer care representative. In this role you will be tracking shipments, answering high volume of customer calls and emails, and inputting data into the company software. Must be proficient on the computer and have experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. A test will be administered for Word and Excel. Both written and verbal communication skills are important in this role. This position requires for you to have great attention to detail and be great at multi-tasking. Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
