The Executive Assistant supports the Owner in day-to-day activities, to ensure his ability to continue to lead the organization to greater success. Responsibilities include calendar management and scheduling, correspondence on the owner's' behalf, travel logistics, completion of special projects and reports, and other special events and duties as needed. The Executive Assistant communicates regularly with members of the leadership team, external stakeholders, and Board members. This individual will ensure the day to day success of this nation wide company.

Manage the Owner's calendar and travel schedule, arrange meetings and conference calls, and maximize efficiency.

Track and prioritize owners tasks, schedules, emails and others associates accountable for completing tasks and ensuring progress to deadlines.

Provide comprehensive support for executive-level; excel at scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, expense reports, and managing all essential tasks.

Accurately complete research, reporting, information management, and sales/marketing/customer service support activities within demanding time frames.

Develop and maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives.

Cultivate strong working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Highly focused and results oriented in supporting complex, deadline driven operations; able to identify goals and priorities, and resolve issues in initial stages.

Proofread and edited documents, including press releases, product brochures, letters.

Excellent attention to detail: stay calm under pressure, courteous, poised, and articulate.

Extensive experience in document preparation: presentations, reports, agendas, memoranda, etc.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lotus Notes; WebEx; shorthand.


• Minimum of 15+ years experience in a like or similar role
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and a capacity to remain calm and focused when faced with unexpected challenges
• Very strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
