Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and professional LPN to join a team as a Phone Nurse in Enterprise, AL. The ideal candidate will provide telephonic patient care and have strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.Schedule & Compensation:
  • Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay range is $18-20/hour
Phone Nurse Responsibilities:
  • Receives and processes referral requests from providers and health plans.
  • Verifies patient eligibility and benefits.
  • Coordinates appointments with specialists.
  • Provides patient education on referral procedures and prepares patients for appointments.
Phone Nurse Requirements:
  • Active Alabama Practical Nursing License
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous phone triage or clinical experience is required
