Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Painting Foreman to oversee the painting, loading and structural steel components in the paint department. This position is Monday to Friday and pays $20-30/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations on the paint department, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Instruct employees in departmental safety and job specific procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities effectively.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the industry is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of paint processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
