Job Description
We are immediately hiring for a Production Lead to work at a leading manufacturer in Dothan, AL. Pay starts at $19.00 per hour and will be working 2nd shift Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm but sometimes 3pm - 3am.
Essential Functions:
Manage daily production to meet demands, minimize downtime, and ensure smooth shifts.
Conduct operational checks, maintain records, and oversee multiple production lines.
Train Line Operator II personnel and serve as backup Supervisor.
Investigate and resolve production issues, utilizing performance metrics for improvement.
Ensure food safety, maintain safe working conditions, and support quality standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of food manufacturing experience.
Flexibility to work varied shifts.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and handle changes effectively.
