Job Description

Are you a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to help keep the operations running smoothly for a local company in Dothan, AL. If you enjoy working in a supportive, team-focused setting, this could be the perfect role for you.Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
Pay: $15 - $20 per hourAdministrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
  • Accounting tasks such as matching invoices, data entry, posting payments
  • Filing and maintaining office paperwork
  • Drafting communication for internal and external partners
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative or office experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
  • Experience in the trades or construction industry a plus
