Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipping.
- Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams on order status.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any order-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with order management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
