Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced accounting professional who is looking for a position to grow in to a leadership role. This person will be working handling the day to day accounting for a manufacturing facility and will be part of succession planning to grow in to the Manager of this department.This is a full time position working Monday - Thursday from 7am- 4:30pm and Fridays from 7am-11am. Full Benefits package offered. Pay range 50K-60K.Required Skills: - Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree- 8 years of experience in accounting or finance, including manufacturing industry, is a must.- Experience with ERP system. The company will be transitioning to SAP from BaaN.- Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, general understanding of corporate tax.- Proficient in Excel, MSWord and Outlook.- Strong analytical and communication skills.- Willingness and capability to work “hands-on”.- Demonstrate integrity and trust through a strong work ethic.- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.- Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and adjust to changing priorities.- Ability to work effectively with various teams and levels
