Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial reports, expense reconciliations, and credit card statements
- Maintain contact lists and filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate office procedures and handle confidential information
- Communicate effectively via phone and email
- Sales tax experience is a plus
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office
- Strong bookkeeping background
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience in administrative support and office management
