Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting tasks and provide support to the finance department.
Duties
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and financial data
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Experience with technical accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting assistant role required
