Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist with prior experience to join a team in Dothan, AL. Ideal candidates are those who prefer a balanced work schedule, with no tax season commitments.

Job Duties:

Assist with daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Process invoices, payments, and receipts
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Prepare basic financial reports as needed
Support month-end closing procedures
Handle general accounting tasks and assist with ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Accounting degree (CPA not necessary)
Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
