Direct hire opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. This position offers BCBS health insurance, dental insurance life insurance, a 401k plan and paid time off. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and prior knowledge of payables.

Major functions of the position include:

• Collaboration with various departments to organize and coordinate payables within a timely manner
• Assist cashier team with in-person and phone call transactions
• Provide insight on payables process to executive team by suggestions and completing reports
• Provide customer service to both internal and external customers

Requirements of this position are a minimum of 5 years experience in accounts payable, ability to 10 key, strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft programs, and a willing to help attitude.
