Administrative Office Professional- Monday- Friday with benefits!
Direct Hire opening for growing company in Dothan, Al. for an administrative office professional. In this position we are looking for candidates with the following experience:
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
· Perform monthly reconciliations
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
· Prepare transmittals, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested
· Issue P.O.s and/or order parts and materials as needed
· Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
· Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
· Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
· Collecting and verifying timesheets.
· Entering employee information and payroll data into the system.
· Answering employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll.
· Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
· Processing new employees, promotions, and terminations.
· Issuing statements detailing earnings and deductions.
· Issuing and delivering paychecks to employees.
· Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
· Maintaining and updating payroll records.
· Preparing periodic payroll reports.
This position offers a Monday- Friday 8-5 schedule with generous benefits package.
