Job Description
We have multiple openings for Answering Service Representatives with a well established company in Dothan, AL. Starting hourly rate is $14/hour and the rate increases to $16/hour once fully trained. There is also a $2/hour shift differential for weekends.

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Take messages and relay them accurately to the intended recipients
- Provide information to callers regarding company services, products, and policies
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate call logs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating a multi-line phone is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
