Job Description

We are hiring for immediate openings for Answering Service Representatives at a growing company in Dothan, AL. Prior experience is required!They are offering pay starting at $14.00 per hour on 2nd shift. There is a $2.00 increase after the initial training period.The hours on 2nd shift is 2pm-10pm and training during your first 3 weeks is typically from 9am-3pm and then you will go to your regular shift.Benefits:

Duties:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Take messages and relay them accurately to the intended recipients
  • Provide information to callers regarding company services, products, and policies
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate call logs
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience with multi-line phones
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
