Job Description
We are seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our Call Center team! If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a positive attitude and speak with a friendly, welcoming tone at all times.
- Follow company procedures and instructions accurately.
- Handle multiple tasks while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals.
- Remain calm and professional while working under pressure.
- Accept constructive feedback and apply it to improve performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Dependable work history with a commitment to attendance and punctuality.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Candidates must:
- Successfully complete Call Center skills testing with passing scores.
Schedule: Must be available to work every other weekend.
