Personnel Resources has a client with immediate openings for Answering Service Representatives in Dothan, AL.

They are offering pay starting at $12.00 during training and it will increase to $15.00 after your training period is over. They also offer an extra $2.00 per hour for working on the weekends and holiday pay for working the major holidays.

They have openings on 2nd shift 2pm-10pm and 3rd shift 10pm-7am - training during your first 3 weeks is typically from 9am-3pm and then you will go to your regular shift.

Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Take messages and relay them accurately to the intended recipients
• Provide information to callers regarding company services, products, and policies
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate call logs
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years experience with multi-line phones
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
