Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for a Assistant Office Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for answering the phones as well as data-entry for payroll and billing. This will be a Try-Hire role in Dothan, Alabama.
Job Description:
- Answering the phones
- Filing and general clerical duties
- Data-entry for payroll
- AP/AR data-entry for billing
Job Requirements and Skills Set:
- Must have great customer service skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience with Payroll and AP/AR is a plus
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm
Pay Rate:
- $14
