Job Description

The firm specializes in Personal Injury, Civil Rights, Premises Liability, Auto and Tractor Trailer Accidents, and Medical Malpractice cases, and is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters from start to finish, including preparing complaints, discovery, motion practice, and discovery responses.
- Manage cases independently, from the initial client meeting through case completion.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Provide strategic legal advice, draft legal documents, and appear in court on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience preferred, but candidates with less experience or entry-level attorneys with strong trial and litigation interest are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in handling litigation matters, including drafting complaints, responses, and motions, conducting discovery, and managing the litigation process.
- Experience in Personal Injury, Civil Rights, and/or Medical Malpractice is a plus, but not required.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
