Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to join a team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week) in Newton, AL. While prior experience is preferred, they are open to candidates with a high school background who have a strong interest in drafting and experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field while supporting engineering and design teams. This is currently a temporary position lasting about 90 days but is open to permanent employment for the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and Inventor.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
- Maintain and organize drawing files, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback.
Requirements:
- Basic experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor (formal or self-taught).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
