Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for providing the best possible customer satisfaction to the organization’s customers in relation to their orders, invoices, and queries. You will be mainly responsible for internal order management, supporting the field staff by phone and/or email, and complaint handling. Serves as the primary contact for customers as well as Sales Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, expedite orders, provide order confirmations to customers
  • Support Sales Account Managers
  • Give customers advice and information about products, provide sales information, and handle complaints
  • Maintain customer information within company databases
  • Answer and log incoming telephone calls in system
  • Participate in daily MBU (Mini business unit) team meeting
  • Continually monitor the current company processes and suggest improvements, where needed
  • Collaborate daily with various other departments, such as finance, operations, logistics, and supply chain
  • Perform additional and misc. projects/general office duties as required by manager

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in customer service and sales administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Fluency of Spanish, written and verbal, is required
  • Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
  • Able to set priorities and work in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment
  • Ability to work independently in very fast-paced environment
  • Team player attitude; open to accepting new ways of working
  • Personal characteristics: Spontaneous, decisive, proactive, stress resistant and a cheerful character
  • Loyal, ambitious to educate him/herself for long term career within the company
  • Familiarity with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Outlook and experience working with an ERP
  • High School diploma
