Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join the team at a well established moving company in the Dothan, AL area. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount. Pay will start out at $13.00 per hour and they offer great benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401k! Your schedule will be Monday - Friday working 8am - 5pm.
Duties
Process billing statements accurately and efficiently
Conduct account analysis to ensure correct billing
Collaborate with customers to negotiate payment terms
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies
Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to analyze financial information effectively
Competency in account analysis
Data entry proficiency
Proficiency with MS Excel
