Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a team in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AP/AR and possess excellent organizational skills to manage financial records accurately. Pay will start at $19.00 per hour and offers a full benefits package! This position will work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Perform bank reconciliations/deposits and maintain accurate financial records
Provide daily, bi-weekly, and monthly reports as well as maintaining spreadsheets
Handle various AP/AR tasks and filing
Answer phones and helps with special events as needed
Experience:
Proficiency in bank reconciliation and clerical accounting tasks
Strong knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel
2+ years experience in a similar role
