Job Description
We are hiring for an immediate opening as a Butterfly House Manager at a local garden retreat in Dothan, AL. This position is seasonal and will last until the end of October.
Pay starts at $12.00 per hour and will work Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm.
Retired teachers are encouraged to apply!
Job Requirements and Skills Set:
Welcoming visitors and collecting admission tickets
Answer visitor questions and assist with educational programs for children
Associates Degree in Biology, Education, Natural Resources, or Museum Studies
Working knowledge of science, gardening, and educational philosophy of how kids learn
Able to count cash and balance the drawers
Supervisory experience is preferred
