Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join a team in a manufacturing facility in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate should have experience working with precision measuring instruments and possess mechanical knowledge to operate CNC machinery effectively. Pay will start at $20.00 per hour and you will work a 1st shift schedule Monday - Friday 6am - 5:30pm with some Saturdays as needed. They also offer a full benefits package including comprehensive health insurance and a 401k plan!

Responsibilities:
- Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
- Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
- Measure work piece dimensions, using rule, template, or other measuring instruments to determine accurate operation of the machine.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, rust or scale from work piece, using a file, wire brush or grinder.
- Perform minor machine maintenance, such as oiling machines, dies, or work pieces.
- Assist senior operators in setting up machine.
Must have experience with:
- Class A: Ficep, 48C, Combo Drills
- Class B: Drill Line, 2500, Peddiwriter, 1800, Angle Line, Bed Drill and Burn Table, Class
- C- Saw: Tag Machine, Radial Arm Drill, Perona Punch.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in operating CNC machines is required
- Familiarity with assembly line processes in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
- Will need to be able to work Saturdays as needed
