Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and program CNC machines to produce high-precision components according to engineering specifications.
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure the parts meet the required standards and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations for optimal performance and safety.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the second shift team, ensuring efficient operations, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Effectively communicate with team members in both English and Spanish, facilitating seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and tooling, and provide reports as required.
• Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance their skills.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CNC machine operation and setup
• Leadership experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
