Job Description
We are immediately hiring for a CNC Machinist at a leading manufacturing company in Donalsonville, GA. This position is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule with pay between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Candidates must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in blueprint reading, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes
- Solid mathematical skills and ability to perform machining operations accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Experience with CNC lathe operations and programming
- Familiarity with Mazatrol, GD&T, and CNC programming
- Knowledge of electrical discharge machining, CAM programming, SolidWorks, and CAD software
- Ability to use Fanuc controls and bore gauges effectively
- Proficiency in using hand tools, tooling, and operating a forklift
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and experience in plastics injection molding
- Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines, assembly processes, and power tools
