Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide email-based customer assistance while supporting daily warehouse operations.
Pay: $16-$17
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and assist customers.
- Resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
- Assist with troubleshooting handheld scanner devices
- Provide customer service via email
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move boxes as part of daily operations
- Must be able to work around peanuts
