Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented CSS Coordinator to manage the international priority move program, ensuring a seamless experience for service members. This role also supports two lower-volume SCACs and various special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide post-delivery customer service via phone and email
Address customer concerns and coordinate with the claims team
Collect customer feedback and quality surveys
Perform accurate data entry and utilize daily reports
Communicate clearly and professionally across all channels
Assist with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer-focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
