Job Description

We are immediately hiring for a Call Center Coordinator for a well established company in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will field incoming and outgoing calls for all potential customers that are relocating under the consumer channel and assist with booking moves. Pay will start at $13.00 per hour and will work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:

Set appointments with customers for branch offices
Assist with managing multiple calendars
Notify Moving Consultants of their appointments via email or phone
Document of all tasks and records that are updated
Assist branches with management of sales leads
Utilize multiple computer programs to coordinate the many components of an international move

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED
Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and general internet capabilities, as well as company software
Good telephone etiquette
Excellent customer service skills
Prior call center experience
