Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for a Case Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a program that offers many different services designed to address the social-economic health of children while strengthening their families communication. This will be a Try-Hire role in Dothan, Alabama.

Job Description:

• Coordinating and providing care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
• Handling case assignments, draft service and behavior plans, review case progress and determine case closure
• Helping clients achieve wellness and autonomy through individualized and group settings and activities
• Triage girls to counselor as needed
• Communicate with schools to ensure continuum of care
• Communicate progress and updates with parents
• Organize bi-monthly parent nights in coordination with the Exchange Center
• Identify and refer girls or families to external resources as needed
• Track data for grant reporting purposes weekly

Job Requirements and Skills Set:

• Access to reliable transportation
• Experience working with youth in a school or structured setting
• Previous experience with psychological aspects of care
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Problem solving and teamwork skills, and the ability to multi-task
• Aware of the trauma-informed approach and resiliency-based solutions

Education Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor's Degree in education, psychology, counseling, or social work

Work Schedule:

Workdays: Monday through Friday

Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate:

$12-$14 per hour
