Catering Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly driven High-End Professional Catering Manager to lead our premium events division.
The Catering Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all catered events. This role requires a refined understanding of catering standards, exceptional relationship skills, and the ability to lead high-performance service teams in fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, poised under pressure, and passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end event execution, from setup to breakdown
- Coordinate with executive chefs, maintaining high levels of communication
- Maintain luxury-level presentation standards for food, beverage, décor, and service
- Troubleshoot issues discreetly and professionally during live events
- Recruit, train, and supervise catering captains and service staff
- Lead pre-event briefings to ensure alignment on service standards
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and professionalism
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-end catering ,luxury hospitality management, or event planning experience required
- Proven experience managing large-scale events
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
- MS Office skills
- Hospitality degree or relevant certification preferred
