Job Description

Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and driving sales growth? We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Coordinator to manage key distributor and system integrator relationships in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you’ll develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the products and services while optimizing results. Offering competitive starting pay at $25.00 per hour and a full benefits package! Your schedule will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify growth opportunities within the partner network and execute strategic plans.
Strengthen existing partner relationships and ensure they effectively communicate the value propositions.
Deliver engaging training sessions (both remote and in-person) to enhance partner knowledge and brand awareness.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to execute impactful promotions and campaigns.
Create compelling content tailored for partners, including case studies and presentations.
Participate in joint sales calls to drive customer opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and conduct regular partner business reviews.
Stay updated on our products and industry trends.
Travel up to 25% across North America, Europe, and Latin America.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in channel or partner management, sales, or account management.
Background in IT, security, facility management, or electronics.
Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in solutions sales with a focus on technology and commercial hardware.
Results-driven, innovative, and a team player with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in Spanish, German, or Portuguese is a plus.
