Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Support Associate to assist customers, operate the cash register, and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is organized, and has basic graphic design experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with purchases, questions, and product selection
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Print documents and assist customers with printing services
- Provide support with graphic design-related requests when needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Graphic design experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
