Pay: $15/hour
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fridays 8:00 AM–1:00 PM)
Summary:
Seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support patient care through efficient communication and scheduling.

Job Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
- Send in prescription requests (Rx) as directed
- Triage patients over the phone to determine urgency of care needs
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the office
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and office software skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
