Office Administrator
Full-time
Pay: $22–$25/hour

Summary
Seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations, including accounting, payroll, purchasing, and HR functions. Must be detail-oriented, proficient in QuickBooks Online, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reports
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Support HR tasks (onboarding, benefits, personnel records)
  • Provide general administrative support and coordinate meetings/vendors
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (payroll, A/P, A/R)
  • Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail
  • Experience with payroll and HR administration
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
