Summary
Seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations, including accounting, payroll, purchasing, and HR functions. Must be detail-oriented, proficient in QuickBooks Online, and able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll and ensure compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reports
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Support HR tasks (onboarding, benefits, personnel records)
- Provide general administrative support and coordinate meetings/vendors
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (payroll, A/P, A/R)
- Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail
- Experience with payroll and HR administration
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
