Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Financial Secretary to support daily financial operations, including deposits, payroll, and light HR functions. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Financial Secretary to support daily financial operations, including deposits, payroll, and light HR functions. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process daily/weekly deposits accurately and on time
- Assist with payroll processing, including time tracking and data entry
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Support basic HR functions such as onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of payroll and financial recordkeeping processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
