Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Complete data entry for shipping and customer information.
- Enter, scan, and maintain shipping documents in the system.
- File and scan paperwork to ensure records are well organized and easily accessible.
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners to support timely shipment processing.
- Assist customer service operations by keeping documentation current and responding to inquiries as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
