Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk for a leading manufacturing facility in the Dothan area. The role offers clerical and administrative support to the Inventory Department and Manager, with potential backup coverage for other team members as needed.Pay: $15- $16 per hourInventory Clerk Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bay checks of material and maintain cutsheets.
  • Add new jobs as they are released and manage drawing release logs.
  • Enter advance bills and import Fabsuite files.
  • Manually input data and facilitate purchasing of raw materials.
  • Receive nuclear material and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Review and correct drawings, posting correction reports.
  • Check for rolled material, order materials, or CTL pipe.
  • Handle purchase order entry, transfers, invoicing, and charging out.
  • Assist with shop calls and provide solutions.
  • Run reports for MTR pulls, inventory checks, and nonconformance.
  • Manage ticket pulling, receiving, and unreceiving.
Inventory Clerk Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer technologies.
  • Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Punctual with a strong work ethic.
