Job Description
Are you a proactive communicator with a knack for organization? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving? We're looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Temporary Collections Representative to join a team in Dothan, AL for the next 12 weeks! Working hours will be Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.

What You'll Do:
- Reach out to customers via phone to discuss account balances, address billing inquiries, and work with them to resolve any outstanding payments.
- Meet and exceed individual and team collections targets, ensuring timely resolution of past-due accounts.
- Accurately post payments to customer accounts and maintain updated records.
- Update and maintain detailed spreadsheets to track account statuses, payments, and collections progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills—both on the phone and in writing.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-energy environment.
- Experience in customer service or collections preferred, but not required.
